 Outdoor Sessions

The first step is the most difficult. Making contact with a personal trainer is a big decision and probably the hardest thing you'll do in your fitness journey.

The next step after the enquiry is to set up a free consultation via video link or in person. During this consultation I will gather more information about what you're looking for from a personal trainer. We can look at preferred times and days you would like to train, we will also discuss current fitness levels and if you have any injuries or medical issues.

If you live in the Greater Manchester or Cheshire area I can travel to you, whether it's to your place of work or home. No equipment is needed, as my approach is not about just pushing heavy weights out. Health and fitness covers many more aspects from sleep pattens, home life, stress levels, etc.
